Our Cofounders

We are committed to the Great Commission! We have over 40 years of experience in marketplace evangelism and church planting and we understand the challenges inherent to the ministry. We are committed to the local church and are excited in helping churches with unique opportunities to share the Gospel with this lost and dying world. We know that Lord's imminent return is near and we are excited and challenged as we seek opportunities to labor together with the local church. Our hearts desire is to see souls daily added to the church through evangelism and church planting.

Pastor Todd Falk
     As a fruit of marketplace evangelism, Pastor Falk accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour at the Indiana State Fair over 38 years ago. He knew he was a new creature in Christ from that moment forward, but struggled in his personal walk for the next seven years while attending liberal churches. However, with leading of the Lord, Brother Falk was led to an independent, fundamental Baptist Church in May 1987 while stationed in Virginia. His spiritual walk soon began to blossom and he began to realize the importance of discipleship. After serving in the United States Army for nine years, Pastor Falk responded to the Divine call of full time Christian service. He resigned his commission as an active Army officer and began studying for the ministry at Ambassador Baptist College in Lattimore, North Carolina. After receiving his Masters of Biblical Studies, he then spent the next nine years serving as senior pastor in upstate New York.
     Over the past two decades Pastor Falk has been heavily involved in marketplace evangelism and had the privilege to serve with the late Dr. James Gardner (the man who led Pastor Falk to the Lord at the Indiana State Fair). During those early years, Pastor Falk developed a strong relationship with FOMI cofounder Roger Olson. As a result, they have partnered together in further developing and refining marketplace evangelism. In 2010, God directed Pastor Todd Falk and his family to plant Fishers Baptist Church in his home state of Indiana. Additionally, God began to lay on Pastor Falk's heart to start Fishers of Men, International by partnering with churches in fulfilling "The Great Commission" and raising up missionaries for marketplace evangelism. His compassion for the lost and his strong desire that the people of his congregation walk in the truth of the Word of God is a hallmark of his ministry.
     Pastor Falk and Carlene have been happily married since 1989 and God has blessed them with 8 wonderful children actively involved in the ministry.

Roger Olson
    Roger Olson grew up in a Christian home and was saved at a young age. He has actively been a soul winner for 60 years and has had the privilege of seeing countless thousands come to know the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. He and his wife Judy have worked as missionaries in the market- place of America for over 25 years.
    He has preached at Missions Conferences, trained people in soul-winning for marketplace evangelism, taught numerous one-on-one soul-winning, along with teaching soul-winning seminars. His favorite ministry is working with churches in marketplace evangelism. He loves to motivate Christians to have the courage to witness in the spirit of Hebrews 10:24 “And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works.”
      Roger and Judy have three children, who are all saved and serving along with their spouses. They are all soul winners as well. Their seven grand children have received Jesus as their Savior and are sharing their faith in Jesus as well. Brother Olson has written and published several books about soul-winning and marketplace evangelism, in addition to many Gospel tracts. Some of his books include: “Keeping Divine Appointments”, “Marketplace Evangelism”, "I’m Just a Laymen”, “Keep Your Line in the Water”, “Six Basic Steps in a Personal Witness,” “A Pocket Full of Good News”, and “The Gift”.
